Claire's work focuses on gerontology education, workforce development, healthy ageing, leadership and age-inclusive innovation, with a particular interest in translating research into practical learning and organisational change.

Her career includes academic appointments across universities in Ireland, the Middle East and Australia, earlier clinical practice as a nurse and psychologist, and experience on academic boards and advisory panels. Through New Generation Ageing she brings that combined experience to organisations working through the leadership and governance questions ageing raises.
